Clever Dialer shows “No Internet Connection”

Please check the following points, as iOS may restrict internet access for apps in certain cases:

  1. Is access to mobile data allowed?Settings > Apps > Clever Dialer > Mobile Dataenable
  2. Is Private Relay or a VPN active? These can block access to our servers. → Disable Private Relay via: Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Private Relay
  3. Has the app been closed or not opened for a long time? iOS may stop background updates for inactive apps. Please open Clever Dialer regularly to keep it updated.
  4. Are firewall, ad blocker, or security apps active? Some may block internet access in the background. Please try disabling them temporarily.
  5. Restart the device or reinstall the app This can help if the system has “stuck” the connection.
