Please check the following points, as iOS may restrict internet access for apps in certain cases:
- Is access to mobile data allowed? → Settings > Apps > Clever Dialer > Mobile Data → enable
- Is Private Relay or a VPN active? These can block access to our servers. → Disable Private Relay via: Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Private Relay
- Has the app been closed or not opened for a long time? iOS may stop background updates for inactive apps. Please open Clever Dialer regularly to keep it updated.
- Are firewall, ad blocker, or security apps active? Some may block internet access in the background. Please try disabling them temporarily.
- Restart the device or reinstall the app This can help if the system has “stuck” the connection.
